In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "pk944" / "Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our" refers to the pk944 online betting and casino service operated at pk944.net and any associated mobile applications or interfaces.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the pk944 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the registered user profile created by a Player on pk944, through which the Player accesses betting, casino, and account services.
• "Balance" refers to the total PKR amount held in a Player's pk944 Account at any given time, comprising deposited funds, winnings, and any active bonus funds, each tracked separately.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free bets, or bonus amounts credited to a Player's Account by pk944 under a specific promotion, subject to individual wagering requirements.
• "Real Money Funds" refers to PKR amounts deposited directly by the Player via an approved payment method, excluding Bonus Funds.
• "Approved Payment Methods" refers to the payment channels currently accepted by pk944, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20.
• "Services" refers collectively to all products and features available on pk944, including sports betting, live in-play wagering, live casino games, slot games, and all related account and support functions.
• "Terms" refers to these Terms & Conditions as updated from time to time.

Access to and use of pk944 is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during their use of the platform:

• You are registering and using pk944 as an individual, in your own name, for personal entertainment purposes only. Corporate, trust, and syndicate accounts are not permitted.

• You have not previously been excluded from pk944 or had an Account suspended or closed for violation of these Terms.
• You are not an employee, director, officer, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of pk944, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliated entities, or software providers, where such persons are prohibited from participating by internal policy.

During the registration process, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted. pk944 reserves the right to request supporting documentation — including but not limited to a copy of your CNIC, proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership — at any stage of your relationship with the platform. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested may result in Account suspension or closure.

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on pk944 at any time. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your pk944 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party. pk944 will not be liable for any losses, including financial losses, resulting from unauthorised access to your Account that arises from your own failure to maintain credential security.

• You must notify pk944 support immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• pk944 reserves the right to temporarily lock your Account pending an investigation into any suspected security breach.
• You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting pk944 support. Any Real Money Balance remaining at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to standard verification procedures.
• pk944 may suspend or close Accounts where there has been no login activity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months. Prior notice will be sent to the registered email address where possible.

All financial transactions on pk944 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pk944 supports deposits and withdrawals exclusively via the Approved Payment Methods listed in Section 1. Deposits made via non-approved channels will not be credited to your Account, and pk944 cannot guarantee their return.

Deposits are typically credited to your pk944 Account Balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. In cases of technical delay, please contact pk944 Live Chat support with your transaction reference number. pk944 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing systems.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method that has previously been used to deposit funds into the same pk944 Account, or to a method that has been verified through pk944's KYC process.
• pk944 may require satisfactory identity and payment verification before processing any withdrawal request. This includes, but is not limited to, submission of a CNIC copy, a selfie with CNIC, and a screenshot of the registered payment account.
• Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until the associated wagering requirements have been fully met, at which point any resulting Real Money winnings may be withdrawn.

• There are no pk944-imposed fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own standard transaction fees, for which pk944 bears no responsibility.

All bets and wagers placed on pk944 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant product — sports betting, live in-play wagering, live casino games, or slots. These product-specific rules are published within the respective sections of the pk944 platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

The following general rules apply to all wagering activity on pk944:

• All bets are final once confirmed. pk944 does not permit the cancellation or amendment of confirmed bets except in circumstances expressly permitted by the applicable product rules (for example, where a sporting event is cancelled before commencement).
• pk944 reserves the right to void any bet, in whole or in part, where a palpable error has been made in the pricing or settlement of an event, or where there is evidence of match-fixing, event manipulation, or other integrity concerns.

• Live casino games are governed by the rules of the specific game and the rules of the live studio provider (Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, or other licensed providers used by pk944 from time to time).
• In the event of a discrepancy between a result displayed on the pk944 platform and the official result confirmed by the relevant governing body or game provider, the official result shall take precedence for settlement purposes.
• Maximum and minimum bet/stake limits apply to all products on pk944 and are displayed at the point of placing a bet. pk944 may adjust these limits for individual Accounts at its discretion without prior notice.

pk944 offers a range of bonuses, free bets, free spins, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which are published alongside the relevant offer. In the event of a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion only.

• Bonuses are offered at pk944's sole discretion and may be withdrawn, modified, or replaced at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring Bonus Funds already credited to existing Accounts.
• Wagering requirements specify the number of times Bonus Funds (or Bonus Funds plus deposit, as applicable) must be wagered before any resulting winnings become withdrawable as Real Money Funds. Wagering requirements vary by promotion.
• Games may contribute differently to wagering requirements. Typically, sports bets and live casino games contribute at a higher rate than certain slot titles. The exact contribution rates for each promotion are published in the promotion's specific terms.
• pk944 reserves the right to reclaim any Bonus Funds, free bets, or associated winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has abused, exploited, or circumvented the bonus system, including through multi-accounting, collusion, or systematic low-risk wagering strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine risk.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pk944 and constitute grounds for immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all Account balances:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent stage of identity or payment verification.
• Creating more than one Account (multi-accounting), whether in the same name or using different identities.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with pk944 without explicit written authorisation from pk944.
• Colluding with other players in casino games, including but not limited to chip-dumping in poker variants or sharing hole cards in live blackjack.

• Exploiting software errors, vulnerabilities, or technical glitches in any pk944 product in a manner that generates unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be void.
• Engaging in or facilitating any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or corrupt interference with any sporting event offered on pk944.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing pk944 staff, agents, or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of any pk944 software or platform component.

pk944 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and regulatory bodies in Pakistan and internationally. Where prohibited conduct involves suspected criminal activity, pk944 may report the matter to the relevant authorities without prior notice to the Player.

All content on the pk944 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and the compilation thereof — is the exclusive property of pk944 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The pk944 name, logo, and all associated marks are trademarks of pk944.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pk944 platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any pk944 content without express written authorisation from pk944.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk944 shall not be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the pk944 platform. This includes, without limitation:

• Any financial loss resulting from your wagering or gaming activity on pk944, including gambling losses.
• Interruptions to the availability of the pk944 platform due to technical maintenance, server outages, or third-party infrastructure failures.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by payment provider systems.
• Any loss resulting from your own failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on odds, statistics, or information published on the pk944 platform, which are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute advice.

Nothing in these Terms operates to exclude or limit pk944's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

pk944 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and minimising the risk of gambling-related harm for all players across Pakistan. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all pk944 Account holders:

• Deposit Limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your Account. Once set, a deposit limit reduction takes effect immediately. An increase in deposit limits is subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: You may configure automated session duration reminders that alert you after a specified period of continuous gameplay.
• Cooling-Off Period: You may request a temporary suspension of your Account for a period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period you will be unable to log in, deposit, or place bets on pk944.

Where a material change is made, pk944 will endeavour to notify registered Players via email to their registered address at least 7 days before the change takes effect. Continued use of pk944 after the effective date of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those Terms.

pk944 may terminate your Account and these Terms immediately and without prior notice if you are found to have breached any provision of these Terms, if pk944 is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority, or if pk944 ceases to offer its services to players in your jurisdiction. Upon termination, any Real Money Balance remaining in your Account will be processed for return to your registered payment method, subject to completed verification and the absence of any ongoing investigation into prohibited conduct.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pk944 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, your Account, or your use of pk944 that cannot be resolved through pk944's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant licensing authority's dispute resolution framework.

Nothing in this clause limits your rights as a consumer under the laws of Pakistan to seek resolution through the applicable local legal mechanisms available to you.
